Shipping policy

**We are monitoring the potential Canada Post strike closely. At this time, we will continue to ship orders via Canada Post; however, please note that a strike may cause delays. If you would prefer to use an alternative shipping carrier, please contact us. Additional fees may apply.**

We ship all our physical products via Canada Post, using the applicable postal services available for your respective country. 

Orders placed require 1-2 business days to be processed, and then will be mailed out to your address. You can expect standard shipping orders to be delivered within approx. 5-10 business days. If you select a quicker shipping method such as Xpresspost or Priority, the shipping time will be reduced for those applicable services.

Our orders can be shipped to Canada, the United States, and International.

We offer local pick up at our Canadian location. Pick up orders require 1-2 business days to be processed and you will be notified when you order is ready for pick up. Our pick up address is:
