We offer returns or exchanges on unopened or unused products, excluding any product related to oral function (i.e. Ninni, Myomunchee, Myospots, etc.). If an item is defective or damaged please contact us directly for further assistance.
Please contact us to let us know how we can help with your item at orders@acornhealth.ca within 14 days or your purchase. All returns/exchanges are assessed on a case by case basis.
