Refund & Transfer Policy

Physical Products

At Baby Boom Creations , we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you experience an issue with a physical product, please contact us within the applicable return window outlined below.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, products must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Please contact our team before returning any product so we can assist you with the return process.

Live Courses, Workshops & On-Demand Training

All live workshop courses, in-person training events, and on-demand educational courses provided by Dr. Jenna Davis / Baby Boom Creations  are non-refundable once purchased.

If a participant is unable to attend their originally registered live course event, the registration may be transferred in one of the following ways:

• Transfer to another upcoming live course event
• Transfer to an on-demand course of equal value
• Transfer to another attendee for the originally registered course

Transfer requests must be submitted at least 72 hours prior to the start date of the registered course.

No refunds will be issued for missed events, scheduling conflicts, incomplete participation, or failure to complete an on-demand course.

By purchasing a course, workshop, or training event, the participant acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
